Baja, Mexico - 2009

Kormoran Kayaks, based in Estonia, travelled to Baja, Mexico late March through early April 2009. There were nine hardy paddlers in the group, in a collection of Feathercraft — 4 Khatsalano’s, 2 Wispers, 2 K1 Expedition’s, and 1 Kahuna. Over 14 days they logged 350km.

With few places to find water, they packed their water. There were three villages along route where they could re-supply. Many kilograms of sunscreen were used; and when they found the one small shop that sold cold beer, they bought all they had!
